Not content with just having carrot cake, I proceeded down to have Satay Bee Hoon at another stall within the same area. Though not as popular, the dish looks and tastes great. For those of you who are not Singaporeans or have never tried the dish, it is basically Bee Hoon – thin rice strands topped with thick satay gravy, prawns, pork slices, cuttlefish slices, clams and Kailan vegetables. Best to eat while it is hot!
