This is by far the best beef noodles I have ever tasted.
Formerly from Cuppage Hawker Food Centre, the stall run by a stocky bespectacled man and his wife now relocated to Amoy.
I first get to know exactly 10 years ago in 2006 when I was working as telemarketer in outbound call centre office opposite which was now demolished.
What I like about beef noodles is its delicious herbal soup and gravy over the noodles. Not to mention the beef in different variety as well as their unique chilli sauce, noodles and kuay teow.
While I have carrot cake and satay bee hoon as breakfast and lunch, I prefer to have beef noodles and satay – which I will be mentioning in my next post as dinner.
