Amoy Street Fried Kway Teow

Amoy Street Fried Kway TeowFrom Chinatown MRT, I shall now head to Tanjong Pagar MRT and then back to Amoy Street Food Centre.

But instead of going up, I will be trying the stalls on ground floor instead.

Though not as popular as Outram Park stall, the Fried Char Kway Teow served by this old man and his wife assistant is just as good.

Likewise, it is pretty standardized with stir-fried over fire Kway Teow topped with eggs and clams.

They are open from morning all the way til 7pm.

Amoy Street Fried Kway Teow StallBesides Char Kway Teow, they also served Mee Hoon as well with the same ingredients.
